• Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

    Upon arrival to Hanoi airport, after clearing custom, you will be warmly welcomed by Hanoi tour guide and transfer to hotel, approximately a 45-minute drive from the airport. Check into a good 3-star hotel.
    The afternoon is at leisure to recover from the long trip.
    Meet the group in the hotel lobby at 6:30 pm to walk to your welcome dinner. Tonight we have scheduled a special menu of Hanoi typical cuisines for your first taste of Hanoi.

    Day 2: Hanoi City Tour

    Breakfast at the hotel.
    Today features a full day visiting Hanoi’s highlights. Begin with a fascinating initiation into the bustle of modern Vietnam, with a cyclo (rickshaw) tour through the picturesque streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Continue with a visit to the famous monument of Emperor Ly Thai To, who made an incredible historic decision to move capital to its location of Hanoi today.
    Enjoy a walk along the legendary Restored Sword Lake.
    Visit the Red Bridge and Ngoc Son temple.
    Visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh house and mausoleum, and the One-Pillar Pagoda.
    Visit the Ho Chi Minh Museum and learn about the life and work of the Great Father of the Country.
    We have scheduled a special home hosted lunch at a local Hanoi family. Our host today is an award winning chief who features on local TV show annually by Tet festival to introduce traditional cooking art.
    Continue to the remarkable Museum of Ethnology to examine the crafts, textiles, and traditions of Vietnam’s diverse ethnic groups and hill tribes.
    Visit the ancient Temple of Literature, the seat of Vietnam’s first university. The temple was built in 1070. Touring the temple complex with your tour expert to have a deep understanding of Confucianism and the history.
    Visit Craft Link a not for profit shop, selling significant handicraft products made by different local ethnic groups.
    Late afternoon attend a private Water Puppet performance, a northern Vietnamese folk tradition.
    Return to hotel in the late afternoon. You are at leisure. Dinner tonight is on your own arrangement.

    Day 3: Hanoi ‚Äď Halong bay

    Breakfast at the hotel.

    07:30 ‚Äď 08:15¬†Picking up from hotel and depart for¬†Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way.

    12:00 Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing.

    Our tour guide will take you on an 5 hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, if bizarre scenery, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting, Incense Burner, and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-water-ing lunch on boat.

    14:00 Arrive Bo Hon archipelago:

    ‚Äď Visit¬†Sung Sot Grotto¬†(Surprised Cave or Amazing Cave), the most¬†famous cave in Halong Bay which is¬†in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage area.

    ‚Äď Visit¬†Ti Top Island¬†where you enjoy¬†swimming on sandy beach¬†adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Ti Top Peak for a¬†panoramic view¬†of the bay like paradise.

    16:00 Return onboard, cruise back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck with music, enjoy great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.

    17:30 Disembark for a bus ride back Hanoi, short break on the way.

    21:45 Drop off at your hotel.

    Day 4: Hanoi ‚Äď Ninh Binh ‚Äď Hoa Lu ‚Äď Tam Coc¬†

    07:30 ‚Äď 08:30¬†Get picked up by our tour guide and bus then depart for¬†Ninh Binh province¬†(90 km south of Hanoi). Have a break 20 minutes half way to relax and experience Vietnamese handicraft products such as lacquer wares, paintings, embroideries‚Ķ

    10:30 Arrive at Hoa Lu, which is once depicted the ancient capital of Vietnam, settled up in the 10th century.

    11:00 Visit temples of two dynasties of Dinh and Le with a very unique architectures in the old time.

    11:30 Visit the excavation area beside the Le Dai Hanh temple. You experience the vestiges of Royal Palaces ground dated back 10th century. Go back to the bus and drive to Tam Coc.

    12.30 Lunch in restaurant.

    14:00¬†Board the sampan boats (2 people share a boat) in¬†Tam Coc¬†dock to drift down the river among the villages, mountains and lush rice fields. Passing through¬†3 caves¬†‚ÄúHang Ca ‚Äď First cave, Hang Hai -Second cave, Hang Ba ‚Äď Third cave‚ÄĚ to get a strange feeling. Boat returns to the dock for bus drive back to¬†Hanoi.

    18:00 Arrive in Hanoi.

    Day 5: Hanoi ‚Äď Ho Chi Minh City

    Breakfast at the hotel.
    Transfer to the airport for boarding a flight to Saigon also known as Ho Chi Minh city. Upon arrive to Ho Chi Minh city, being personally welcome by Saigon tour guide and transfer to hotel for check in. The afternoon features a half day sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh city including the Reunification Palace, the Central Post Office, and Notre Dame Cathedral.
    Lunch and Dinner are on your own account and the evening is at leisure.

    Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City ‚Äď Mekong Delta

    This Morning is Cai Be Floating Market Tour

    07.30am: this morning we will start to visit¬†one day¬†Mekong Delta tour¬†(Cai Be ‚Äď Vinh Long)¬†around 3 hrs driving. On¬†our dedicated bus/car you can see the¬†green paddy fields¬†stretching towards the horizontal.

    10.30am: Arrive in Cai Be, you’ll board a motorized boat that takes you to the small floating market and spend time there for an interaction that you’ll see no where else in the world.

    Next, then on foot to reach a coconut candy, a crispy rice cake factories (served free with premium hot tea) and you might buy coconut candy and handcrafted items from coconut trees of Mekong Delta for souvenir.

    When you feel it’s enough for the serenity, let’s get back to the large motor boat for something different in Tan Phong Island. It is well-known fresh fruits whole year. On the way, we have a chance to look the sightseeing 2 long sides river and find out the life of rural people in Mekong Delta.

    The time now should be around 12 noon. Time for lunch! Let’s go to the local people’s house for that (in the seasonable fruits garden).

    Afternoon tour is Vinh Long City

    After the rest, we are divided into many small groups and get on small row boats. During this 20 minutes trip, your boat will zigzag through a maze of shadow canals to enjoy the fresh air along the canal and wonderful water coconut tree landscape. Taking a break and roaming through a village about 20 minutes to visit our natural view with quiet and peaceful villages or we can relax on a hammock for a short rest in Mekong Delta.

    The next stop is Vinh Long City from Island, we will land on a marketplace and walk around to have a good opportunity for seeing how and what the poor rural people of Vietnam sell in Vinh Long City. You are encouraged to interact with the merchants and see how loving and respectful they are. It takes about ¬Ĺ hr here to find a lot of interesting things for little amount of money.

    The stop will be brief, ensuring that we come back to HCMC¬†before 7 PM, finishing¬†Mekong Delta Tour 1 Day¬†(Cai Be ‚Äď Vinh Long)
